I am really excited about the sound of this item.

Sad I know!!

However, I have been on a diet for about 1.5 years now and am forever trying out various exercise belts (including sauna belts, which incidentally left me with a nasty burn earlier today) in a desperate bid to get rid of the flabby bits without having to go to the gym ~ which I simply don't have time for.

If this is as good as it sounds, it'll be a dream come true.......

As far as comparison is concerned it's fair to say that I can't think of anything that comes close. My sauna belt was ok ~ but not a patch on the adverts and did nothing more than make me feel sweaty (and left me with the nasty burn I mentioned previously). Other ab toners have all been a terrible disappointment ~ flimsy and lightweight whilst using up battery power at a rate of knots and offering nothing more than an hour's worth of use that still leaves you feeling flabby afterwards. Nothing like the tanned, toned goddesses you see in the adverts!!

This on the other hand is brilliant. I set my stats ~ height, weight and age ~ and it automatically chose the time limit I would need. After hitting the operate button, it then went through a series of exercises that I could actually feel working. I left it on for three sessions, and afterwards, believe it or not, I could already see the difference in my stomach. I have used it for an hour every night since and consider it to be the best ab toner I have ever bought in my life.

I really wish I'd found this years ago... I never seem to have the time to exercise what with working full time and having a house, kids and all the other real-life things that get in the way of "me time". As a result, I have spent vast fortunes on approximately 15 different belts, all promising me the perfect body........ If I had found this first, I would never have bought another belt, ever. Apart from maybe buying them for friends and family, who I am definitely going to recommend this to!!!

People who have never battled with their weight or fat bits wouldn't understand how big an issue this is, but I have friends, family and work colleagues whose lives are centred around diets, losing weight and toning up and would give their right arms for a product that really helps with the fight. And in my opinion, this is a huge help toward winning.
